Everything was beautifully presented and there are some options depending what you want/don’t want.

The activity book is beautifully put together, a lot of love went i to this and it covers a lot of topics to do with mental health and it’s one of the best self care activities to give yourself, no matter what mood you are in.

I personally like that this book doesn’t stress me out because al or of ‘adult’ activity books are just too intimate. So no matter the skill or disability-this book will suit a lot of people.

There’s some lovely extras in the box like stress toys, snacks and pamper goodies. The perfect gift or time out for yourself 💜

Absolutely love the whole care package. The activity book is full of positive energy and has so many awesome activities to choose from. My children love the word search and sudoku. Great to keep children busy. The chocolate lollies were delicious. Definitely recommend. Positive vibes all the way.
