4. Payments: Payment schedules will be provided during the booking process.Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation. 

5. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation charges may apply depending upon:AirlinesHotelsTour operatorsCruise companiesTransport providersNon-refundable deposits remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

6. Changes by Customer: Any requested changes after confirmation are subject to supplier approval and may incur administration or supplier fees. 

7. Changes by Tranquil Treasures: If significant changes become necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available.
